About Kim

My name is Kim DeLaney, and Concord has been home for more than 15 years. This is where I raised my two beautiful children, built my small business, and put down roots in a community that supported my dreams.

I grew up in East Tennessee, where hard work, community, and looking out for your neighbors are a way of life. Those values guide everything I do. I am not a politician. I am a mom and an employer who understands the real challenges families and small businesses face every day.

As our community grows, so do the pressures on working families, local businesses, and housing. I believe growth should create opportunity, not push people out of the place they call home.

I am running for the North Carolina House to bring practical, people-first leadership grounded in real life experience, empathy, and common sense. We have a strong foundation. Now it is time to work together so everyone can thrive.
